We will work with your sales staff to develop and implement training programs to help them perform their jobs effectively
Preparing new sales representatives, conducting sessions for current and new sales employees, and developing content for training sessions
Observing sales encounters and collecting feedback, results, and performance data from trainees
Structuring training plans to meet financial objectives, identifying training issues, and creating effective plans to improve sales training
Collaborating with other sales trainers, sales managers, and departments to solve training issues
Creating training reports and presenting and discussing training performance
Ensuring continuous improvement plans are in place. Provide mentor and support services ongoing
